You
have
the
right
to
cancel
your
order
within 14 working
days
from
the
date
of
receipt
of
the
goods
without
stating
a
reason.
Under
these
circumstances
you will have
to
pay
the
cost
of
returning
the goods and they must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

If
you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase then simply return it to
us within 30 days in its original packaging along with your order details, a
description of the fault and print samples. A replacement cartridge or a refund will then be
offered as long as ( in the case of ink and toner cartridges ) the product still
contains a reasonable amount of ink or toner and the reported fault is present
on testing.
Goods
must be returned at your own cost and you are responsible for them until they
reach us. If a returned product is found to be faulty then you will be
reimbursed with the cost of 1st class postage only.
Returned
goods that are found to have no fault or the fault is due to operator error will
not be replaced or refunded for. If you wish to have these items returned to you
then you will be required to pay for their carriage.
As
there are many factors involved in successfully refilling an empty ink
cartridge, we cannot guarantee results with universal refill kits. These items
are excluded from our 30 day guarantee for this reason.
Our
unchipped Canon PGI-5 and CLI-8 compatible cartridges rely on the transfer of a
working micro chip from your empty genuine cartridge. Although we
guarantee these cartridges, we cannot guarantee the micro chip itself and
therefore we cannot refund or replace these cartridges if the fault lies with
the chips rather than the cartridges themselves.
Our
cartridges are guaranteed for a single use only. Although it is possible to
reset and refill most of our cartridges we do not guarantee that the cartridges
can be successfully refilled and that the chip ( if fitted ) can be successfully
reset.
We
cannot offer replacements or refunds for returned items that have had the vast
majority of the product consumed.
We will
refund for cartridges ordered in error only if they are returned to us at your
own expense within 14 days of purchase and have not been removed from their sealed packaging.
A restocking fee will apply if goods are returned after the 14 day period.
Faulty
goods returned after the 30 day guarantee period will be replaced or refunded at
the managers discretion.
