Orders placed before 3.30 PM ( excluding weekends and public holidays ) are usually dispatched on the day of ordering via 1st Class Royal Mail although we may opt to dispatch your order via next working day courier at no extra cost.

SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 business days then we will email you to inform you of the situation.

Please note that 1st Class Mail arrives next working day in over 95% of cases but it is not a guaranteed next day service. In some circumstances it can take up to 15 days for items despatched by 1st class mail to arrive.

Any orders still not received after this 15 day period will be reported to the Royal Mail who will perform a search using the unique traceable  PPI code printed onto the packet. Once confirmed as lost/delayed by the Royal Mail  we will  arrange for a replacement to be despatched to you.

We cannot re despatch orders until they have been officially confirmed as lost. The Royal Mail will not search for packets until they have been in the postal system for 15 days or more.

VAT is charged at 17.5% and is included in our prices .

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if we are unable to dispatch you order within 2 working days.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee/Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods without stating a reason. Under these circumstances you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods and they must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase then simply return it to us within 30 days in its original packaging along with your order details and a description of the fault. A replacement cartridge or a refund will then be offered as long as ( in the case of ink and toner cartridges ) the product still contains a reasonable amount of ink or toner and the reported fault is present on testing.

As there are many factors involved in successfully refilling an empty ink cartridge, we cannot guarantee results with universal refill kits. These items are excluded from our 30 day guarantee for this reason.

Our Canon PGI-5 and CLI-8 compatible cartridges rely on the transfer of a working  micro chip from your empty genuine cartridge. Although we guarantee these cartridges, we cannot guarantee the micro chip itself and therefore we cannot refund or replace these cartridges if the fault lies with the chips rather than the cartridges themselves.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for returned items that have had the vast majority of the product consumed.

We will refund for cartridges ordered in error only if they are returned to us at your own expense within 14 days of purchase and have not been removed from their sealed packaging.

Faulty goods returned after the 30 day guarantee period will be replaced or refunded at the managers discretion.
