Shipping And Handling

Orders placed before 3.30 PM (excluding weekends, public holidays and Dec 20th to 31st 2021) are dispatched free of charge on the day of ordering via Royal Mail 48 parcel service. If you opted for Express delivery then we will use the Royal Mail 24 hour service although we may opt to dispatch your order via next working day courier at no extra cost.

SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK.

If during our normal operating period, we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 business days then we will email you to inform you of the situation.

Please note that parcels sent via Royal Mail 24 arrive the next working day in over 95% of cases and parcels sent via Royal Mail 48 usually arrive within 2 business days but neither are guaranteed time frames.

Any discrepancies or omissions with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Undelivered packages must be reported via email within 30 days of placing your order.

If delivery is attempted by our couriers when you are out then they will leave a card so that you can contact them to rearrange free delivery within a prescribed time frame. If you fail to contact them within this period then our couriers will return the goods to us. In this case you will be liable for any redelivery costs should you wish your order to be redispatched. If you opt to cancel your order instead then we reserve the right to deduct all initial delivery and return expenses from any refund given.

 

Tax Charges

VAT is charged at 20% and is included in our prices.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if we are unable to dispatch you order within 2 working days.

 

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

 

Guarantee/Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt without stating a reason. Under these circumstances you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods and they must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase then simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Make sure that it is in its original packaging and include your order details, a description of the fault and print samples if applicalble. A replacement item or a refund will be offered as long as (in the case of ink and toner cartridges) the product still contains a reasonable amount of ink or toner and the reported fault is present on testing. 

Any faulty items reported after 30 days of receipt are limited to replacement only and must be returned for inspection within 12 months of  purchase.

Goods must be returned to us at your own cost and you are responsible for them until they reach us. If a returned product is found to be faulty then you will be reimbursed with the cost of 1st class postage.

As there are many factors involved in successfully refilling an empty ink cartridge, we cannot guarantee results with universal refill kits. These items are excluded from our 30 day guarantee for this reason.

All cartridges are guaranteed for a single use only. Although it is possible to reset and refill most cartridges, we do not guarantee that the cartridges can be successfully refilled and that the chip (if fitted) can be successfully reset.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for returned items that have had the vast majority of the product consumed.

We will only refund for cartridges ordered in error if they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase at your own expense. They be must unused and still  sealed in their original packaging.

Faulty goods returned after the 30 day guarantee period will be replaced or refunded at the managers discretion.

Remittance Terms

PRINK  trades in GBP (British Pounds). We display other currency conversions for approximation only. Your credit card company will automatically convert GBP to your local currency at the rate calculated by them.

 

Just wanted to give a bit of feedback.

I received my cartridges 5 minutes ago and have put a full set into my Epson Stylus SX515W without any problems. This is the first time I have managed to get a non-genuine cartridge to work.
