Excellent customer service
I bought some cartidges from Prink in Jan 2023. When my Epson printer refused to print pdf files for some reason I uninstalled the printer driver and reloaded the newest version from Epson. I then get "doesn't recognise cartridges" with no option to proceed. I emailed Prink and within hours received clear written advice on how to address the issue. Worked like a dream! Top marks for customer service.
