Brother DCP-250C - Good For Photos
The Brother DCP-250C is an inexpensive printer that is a good buy for anyone who is happy to wait for results. The quality of photographic prints is very decent and the cost of the printer and ongoing running costs are low. The DCP-250C will fax, scan, copy and print but it does not have an ADF. You can use it to print directly from a digital camera as it is PictBridge enabled. Unlike most low end printers, the Brother does not use combination colour inks. Brother DCP-250C ink is provided in separate cartridges which are connected to the print head by a capillary tube system. DCP-250C ink cartridges deliver prints that cost around 16 pence each and text is crisp with no aberrations.
Brother DCP-250C Printer Cartridges For Documents and Photographs.
The DCP-250C does not excel at any one task but it is a good all round model that is very cheap to buy. If you want to reduce printing costs you can use DCP-250C compatible ink cartridges in the printer and get equally good results for both documents and photographs. DCP-250C printer ink cartridges are sold in a multipack with the usual cyan, magenta, yellow and black colours. You can also buy a pack of just one colour.
