SHIPPING/DELIVERY FAQ's

Q. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
A. You will be kept up to date about your order progress via email. If you have received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched then you can rest assured that it is on it's way. If you have not received such an email by two business days after purchase then please contact us.

Orders are normally dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hour service unless you opted for Express delivery at checkout. Royal Mail 48 parcels generally arrive within 2 business days but it is not a guaranteed next day service and can sometimes take longer. Please allow up to 5 working days for orders dispatched via this method to arrive before contacting us.

If you opted for Express delivery then your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 24 and you should expect delivery the next working day but again this is not a guaranteed next day service and can occasionally take a little longer. Please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us.

We find that most delayed packets are waiting to be collected at your local Royal Mail delivery depot or with a neighbour. It is not uncommon for the post man not to leave a card informing you of the situation. If you have not received your order within 5 business days after confirmation of dispatch then please check with them as this is by far the most common explanation for delays.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days and you have checked with your neighbours and local sorting office then please contact us.

PRINTER RELATED FAQ's

A. No, by using our ink cartridges you are assuring that your printer is using one of the highest quality print cartridges available. All our cartridges are tested to the highest degree and only the very highest quality of inks are used in our production process.

Q. WILL THE QUALITY OF PRINT BE EQUIVALENT TO AN ORIGINAL CARTRIDGE?
A. Yes, because  only the highest quality inks are used in the manufacturing process.

Q. WILL THE PRINT LIFE BE AS LONG AS THAT OF THE OEM'S?

A. Yes, in some cases the print life of the cartridge can be in excess of that of the oem's.

Q. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF A COMPATIBLE CARTRIDGE?
A. All our compatible cartridges have a minimum shelf life of years when the vacuum bag has remained intact. All cartridges are dispatched using a stock rotation system ensuring that your cartridge reaches you almost as soon as it has been manufactured.

Our remanufactured cartridges have a shelf life of around 6 months.

Q. MY PRINTER LOADS SEVERAL SHEETS OF PAPER AT A TIME
A. Only load the recommended amount of paper and always make sure that you fan the paper before putting it into the tray. On Epson printers please make sure that the paper thickness lever on the right of the machine is set correctly.

Q. I HAVE INSTALLED THE INK CARTRIDGES BUT WHEN I PRINT, THE PAGES COME OUT BLANK!
A. Have you removed the tear off strip from the top of the cartridge? If yes please perform 2 to 3 cleaning cycles and then do a print test pattern.

Q. I DO NOT SEEM TO BE GETTING AS MANY PRINTS FROM MY CARTRIDGE AS THE BROCHURE RECOMMENDS!
A. Most manufactures quote a page yield based on printing at 360 dpi and printing at 5% coverage (an a4 sheet full of test) if you print any graphics or print at a higher dpi then this will be reduced.

Q. WHEN I INSTALLED MY CARTRIDGES INTO MY EPSON MACHINE IT WAS TAKING A LONG TIME TO INITIALISE SO I TURNED OFF THE PRINTER. I NOW ONLY GET BLANK PRINTS
A. When you install any new cartridge you must allow the printer to initialized. This allows ink to pass into the print head. Try carrying out a number of cleaning cycles.

Q. MY PRINT HAS FAINT WHITE LINES GOING THROUGH IT!
A. Most print heads have a series of tiny holes through which ink has to pass. Should any of these become blocked you will experience these faint white lines through you printout. A few cleaning cycles should clear the problem.

Just like to congratulate you on your excellent service, I ordered my cartridges yesterday lunchtime and received my order this morning [ 10:00 AM ]
