Started using this company a few years ago after a friend recommended them. I'm not good with technology and from time to time have needed advice. Prink's Graham Jones has been great helping me deal with a couple of issues I have had with my printer giving speedy easy to understand advice. To good to be true..?. ABSOLUTELY NOT.... AMAZING SERVICE
I was a little sceptical when buying from the company as I've not used them before and it was very good value.. I worry that things are too good to be true. Placed the order after looking at the reviews and the ink arrived very quickly. I had some issues once I had installed the new cartridges and reached out the support mail box. The service and advice received was exceptional...it took a while, but step by step I followed instructions and now I have a perfectly working printer. First class service and will use again.
