These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing products from us.

2. Products and Availability

We sell compatible, remanufactured, and original ink cartridges for various printer models. Product descriptions and images are for guidance only. All products are subject to availability.

3. Ordering Process

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This is not a contract of sale. A contract is formed when we dispatch the product(s) and send a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders before dispatch due to errors in pricing, stock levels, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Standard delivery is free of charge with an option to upgrade to Express delivery at the end of the checkout process.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day of ordering if placed before 3:30PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and December 21st to 31st).

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Free UK Delivery (Royal Mail 48 or equivilent tracked courier): 2–3 working days.

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24 or equivilent tracked courier):  1-2 working days. This service is available at extra cost.

The above time frames are reasonable estimates and are not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 60 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, contact us  with your order number.

Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Any items refused at the point of delivery and returned to sender will incur a £7.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued. This fee is to recoup the cost of postage both ways.

6.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage.

7. Guarantee and Compatibility

Our compatible or remanufactured cartridges come with a 12-month satisfaction guarantee. If you experience printer compatibility issues, please contact us — our team is happy to assist.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We are not responsible for:

• Loss of income, revenue, or business

• Indirect or consequential loss

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, product data) is the property of Prink Ltd or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without permission.

10. Privacy

Your information is collected lawfully and fully in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10.1 Why We Collect Your Information

Your personal information is used to help us process your order and deliver it to you quickly such as your name and address.

We collect your telephone and email address so that we can keep you informed of your order progress.

Where you place an order with us, our legal basis for processing your information is to fulfil our contract with you.

10.2 Is Your Data Shared With Anyone?

Your order information is only ever used for:

• Your email address is required so that we can send service-critical emails (such as your order confirmation email)
• Your delivery address is passed to a delivery company or supplier, so that they can ship certain orders or items to you.

Unless we are legally obliged to do so, we will never share your order information with any other third-party companies. Ever.

10.3 The Information We Collect Includes

• Details of your orders with us

We never collect information without your agreement, and you can check or update any information we hold of yours by contacting us.

This information is stored 100% securely in line with data protection law. We will keep order-related data until you notify us.

10.4 Card Details

We never store card details, and all card processing is done externally by Opayo, a payment processing company by Elavon. This is 100% secure and your card is never at risk.

10.5 Website Data & Cookies

We use technology to track anonymous user behaviour on our website to help us improve our performance. This data is 100% anonymous and cannot be used to identify you. This is used by nearly every website on the internet and is crucial to help make website improvements.

10.6 Your Rights

You can request to see, update and remove any information we hold of yours by contacting us.

You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. For more details of how to do so, visit www.ico.org.uk.

10.7 Marketing Emails & Unsubscribe Options

We will not send you any unsolicited emails. All marketing emails are sent on a subscribed to basis only and have a clear opt-out/unsubscribe option.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
