Great help from Prink when I came across a problem loading the cartridges on to my printer! They talked me through the whole procedure and being a technophobe, there's no way I could have solved it so simply without their help.
I particularly appreciate your advice for dealing with the obstacles that Epson put in the way of our using compatibles. Clear instructions on installing cartridges and of course your quality packaging and amazingly prompt delivery.
I have been using these Canon compatibles for a few months and the print quality for photos and documents is excellent. The price compared to Canon originals is brilliant and I will continue to use them as needed. At these prices I would recommend anyone to give them a go, you will not be disappointed.
