Features Of The Canon Pixma MX860 Printer
This is the only printer in the MX series that has wireless connectivity as well as all the other functions of a good MFD. The model will scan, copy and fax and the price at £200 is a snip. There is a large 2.5 inch colour display screen for viewing images before printing and the controls have built in shortcuts to the other features. There are three different paper input options. Under the scanner, the Canon MX860 ink cartridges are held in a bay and these are comprised of five inks. The model has four dye based Canon MX860 ink cartridges with a separate pigment based ink for black text documents.
A Dedicated Reader card System
The card reader is situated at the bottom of the model and accommodates SD, CompactFlash and StickPro as well as some others. There is also Easy PhotoPrint software for enhancing images prior to printing. The Canon MX860 printer cartridges for use with this model are available in a pack of five and this includes an extra black. Canon MX860 printer ink cartridges are not available as high capacity units but you can buy Canon MX860 compatible inks which will help to offset high printing costs. This is a very good multifunction printer which boasts very fast print speeds and high quality print output.
